Depression
Depression engulfs me today and i just do not want to do life. At least this time I know what triggered it. There were two things: a conversation about BDSM and Christopher and secondly an email i git this morning that was tge catalyst for a very unexpected emotional reaction.

Uchi Deshi
So, I have reached the point in my training where it is time to truly give back to the Martial Arts and repay my debt as an Uchi Deshi. So, i am losing weight again...quite rapidly. i am happy with the results. My new method is s bit unconventional ( to say the least) and should require amazing will power.
