What's the difference between an under graduate and a graduate?

I'm looking at tuition costs at the college I'll be transfering too (ouch) and it says "cost for under graduate" and "cost for graduate" do I need to be an under grad to be a grad? I don't get it.... someone wanna help their stupid friend Lexy out? Please? :)

I sat in a room a few nights ago with Vinny, Crystal, Katie, and Heather. Crystal is married (19) Heather got married today, and has a child (20) and Katie has a child too (20).
