it IS the turnover, in a way. I was not the KIND of person they were looking for anymore. There was nothing lacking from my performance, they just needed to be rid of the family structure, and i do admit I work and maintain that structure well.

oh i did. I was hoping i could leave first, and i half bought into their crap and even really tried for another of their positions. and i think that's what did it. When they heard that i wanted ot continue withthem, and wasn't necessarily trying ot leave, they terminated my employment immediately.
