Boo I don't want to go to work. I'm so stuffed. I just want to crawl into bed. This diet stuff is not working out. What's wrong with me? I need help sticking to Weight Watchers. I use to be so good at it. I suck now.

My brother and I made an indian dish that is vegan and after eating it, we felt so alive, energetic, and healthy. You could try switching to vegetarianism (if you aren't already) that would help you lose a lot of weight, I'd think.
wine speeds up metabolism, surprisingly, also.

Why can't you get yourself to go the gym? I'd like to join one here, but way too anxious to exercise around other people. My fat floppin' around in the wind.
