Boo I don't want to go to work. I'm so stuffed. I just want to crawl into bed. This diet stuff is not working out. What's wrong with me? I need help sticking to Weight Watchers. I use to be so good at it. I suck now.

Why isn't the diet stuff working out? I know it's hard to commit to diets, I've tried so many times. I wish my parents and parents of others wouldn't have spoiled our palette, then we could eat more vegetables and fruits and foods that don't have a lot of trans fat and actually enjoy the taste. If you can afford it, get a trainer?

My brother and I made an indian dish that is vegan and after eating it, we felt so alive, energetic, and healthy. You could try switching to vegetarianism (if you aren't already) that would help you lose a lot of weight, I'd think.

wine speeds up metabolism, surprisingly, also.

I feel like I recently became really addicted to fast food. I have a gym membership, but I can't get myself to go. I like your ideas. I know, eating a healthy dish makes me feel good too. Thank you for your suggestions. I really appreciate it.

Yeah, I'm addicted to fast food, too! I HATE IT. I don't really like the taste, like mcdonalds burgers, the mushiness of them. I eat it anyway. Meanwhile one of them is like 300-400 calories. I think I eat about 3500 calories worth of food a day. It's ridiculous. Especially when I have extra money.

Why can't you get yourself to go the gym? I'd like to join one here, but way too anxious to exercise around other people. My fat floppin' around in the wind.
