This quarter I enrolled in a Viet Nam literature course and I felt the professor unfairly graded my midterm (worth 50% of my grade). I got a 53 (a D by the curve). This is the lowest grade I have ever received in college and this is a literature class -- my major. I made up a new recipe and I am posting it here for reference.

Firecracker Noodles

Sauce
1 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger (or 1 teaspoon dried ginger)
2 tablespoons of Ponzu sauce (or soy sauce)
4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 bunch of scallions (diced)
