What a sweet story! And thank you for having Chad appreciate the experience. I think most young people do, on such occasions, but it would have been so easy to go in the other direction. Ryan was perfectly adorable! Mrs. Evans was a hoot, too. Sharpay on the other hand... Well, Chad can deal. ;)

Awww. It's always nice to see more of Mrs Evans, and I think it's cute that Chad kind of has a bit of a crush on her. :) Her politely excusing herself and then just bellowing up the stairs was perfect.

Much as I love the boys by themselves, it's also nice on occasion to see them fitting into each other's families so seamlessly despite their differences.

Also, "halftime" at the symphony? *snirt*

Aww, this was lovely! I agree with few; it's nice seeing how the boys interact with one another's families. We were lucky enough that HSM2 gave us Mrs. Evans, and I just love what you've done with her here. She's classy and charming and completely dorky at the same time -- just like Ryan!

I really enjoyed your characterizations (all of them, but Mrs. Evans was a hoot!), and I think you did a very good job of capturing that awkward "just-going-out" stage between Ryan and Chad. That was very sweet. and their half-time...er, intermission kissing was hot!

And omg thank you for the links. I mean, I've heard Le Carnaval des Animaux before, but to be able to access the music while I was reading the story was a wonderful bonus! Thank you so much for your extra effort.

Aw this is soo cute. I loved that Chad was distracted by Ryan being all into the music. And Sharpay has feelings? Gasp. It was great!

Aw, thank you so much, I love it! I've grown up going to symphony performances (my mom works for our local one) and this reminds me of times I've had friends come with us.

You captured everyone perfectly, especially Mrs. Evans. I loved that she bellowed up the stairs for her kids!

I also really love the moment with Ryan and Sharpay during the music, and that Chad was more interested in watching Ryan than watching the musicians.

And yay hot make-out scenes, lol! And you don't know how many people I know who call intermission "half-time," that was a perfect touch!
