So I just got back from a 6.5 mile run. half of it went downhill, and the other half went uphill. And, I did this same run on wed, and again last saturday. and then on mon and thurs i did like, a mile and a half each day (pc bull). So, I am tired. Today for some reason I am more sore from the run than i was when i got back from it on wed. that
