finally....good episodes...

it only took em that long to make stuff thats worthy of the show again (except there were one or two episodes that were good besides these).
i expect that the coming episodes will be better, with minimal teen drama and more excellent storytelling.

the effects of kung fu on the body suprise me to no end.  besides my personal fighting ability, it is always fun to go to the gym and see how much weight it takes for me to max out a machine.  hamstrings and quadriceps can do about 150lbs.  a machine that does latisimus dorsi + deltoids was 170 lbs.  obliques were 120 lbs for each side.  today i'll ( Read more... )

basically, on august 27th, look into the sky at 12:30am.  mars will be very close to the earth, meaning that at that time, it will seem as though the earth has 2 moons.  another phenomena like this won't occur till 2287.  so don't miss it hehe.

odd thing is, metroid prime 3 ships that day.  whoo hoo!
