I have been feeling really awesome 98% of the time in the past couple of weeks. I suppose this is what happens when I don't subject myself to negativity. I've been doing the sparkpeople.com thing for a while now, and I've lost around 12 lbs or so, so woot for that. Why have we become so disconnected as a society that the only way we can reach out to others for help, love, support, etc. is through status messages, away messages, hell even here on live journal, etc. (Myself not excluded from this)? Mostly because I picked up my senior year book to check on the name of someone and then I got to looking at the signatures, messages, etc. from people. Those were some good times.
