I don't know if she will tie the 2 together, and she hasn't ruled out returning to university and finishing her degree some day. But this more structured program seems to work better for her. And she has always had a wide variety of interests- she still loves history (and literature),and will pursue them on her own. She has always been interested in computers too- she took courses right through high school in math and computers. We'll see how things work out for her.
