i feel much better today.

i'll be going along okay for a while then i'll have one of those panics that have me behaving like a crazy person. this episode was brought on by discovering two pretty dry piles of debris on the hood of my car. i am feeling better now that my work week is finally over. i am still anxious about my schedule and school but it was at a 9.8 on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being "being baker acted would make for a nice vacation." and 1 being "i am afloat on a sea of bliss and overflowing with peace and gratitude."
right now i'm at 6.8.
PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION.

i'm glad i got that gratitude out before the shit hit. i had one day off this week. my coworker was admitted to the hospital with chest pain a few hours before she was supposed to be at work. they kept her for two days. i covered two of her shifts. also the schedules have changed again so i had a 12 hour shift from 11pm sat to 11am today after the ( Read more... )

i am plowing through the coursework i was falling behind on.
i am going to bed on schedule today
. i got high quality sleep yesterday.
