This is indeed the season for miracles.  I finally made it to the gym.  I burned 911 calories.  This was done after the puppies and I went for a 1/12 mile run at the park.  I'm so proud of myself.  Now if I can just get my eating under control, I know that I can accomplish my goals and get this extra fat off of me.  I hope I can lose it as fast or ( Read more... )

I'm seriously  considering purging in my trash can next to my desk.  Pros and Cons???  It can't be all that bad...I have plastic liners inside.  It's a pretty nice size.  Getting rid of it will be quite difficult.  My walls are quite then, I may make too much noise.  That would be very awkward. 

So I tried to run with the puppies two days ago and it was horrible.  My legs and back and stomach and side started to itch like crazy.  I've always had this problem where I begin to itch if I start running and I haven't been running for a while.  Even when I was little this would happen to me.  The only way I know how to fix it is to just run ( Read more... )

Does it seem odd to you all that all of the celebs who come out about having eating disorders "used to have an eating disorder"?  And out of all of these, very few of them admit to bulimia.  So does fame some how "cure" eating disorders?  If I were a celebrity I would be a hardcore bulimic?  I mean, I wouldn't have to worry about money being wasted ( Read more... )

I'm watching VH1's Salt-N-Pepa show and Salt just told Pepa that she was bulimic and she used to throw up 5-6 times a day.  Who knew?
