Sorry, I've avoided it as long as I can.  There's fried rice in my fridge and ice cream in my freezer and cereal and bananas and apples. 

I haven't eaten anything today so far.  I really haven't had an appetite but the thought of eating keeps popping up.  I have been able to brush it off but I'm not sure how much longer I can last.  I have great intentions on eating healthy.  Last night when I got off from the 2nd job, I went to the grocery store and bought bananas and apples.  ( Read more... )

maranara dipping sauce
large order of onion rings (yummy)
large chocolate cream pie shake
regular banana cream pie shake

Oh yeah, this is after I ate an 8 piece nugget pack from Chick-Fil-A.

I never went to sleep.

I have to facilitate a training in less than 3 hours.  Shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does this keep happening?  Why can't I eat and sleep like normal people?

I was very tempted to go back to Chick Fi La tonight and b/p once I got home.  Thank God I was too tired to even bother.  I thought I would be sleeping by now but for some reason it seems as though I'm tired but not really sleepy.  I wanted to go back to the gym tonight but I'm just too tired.  This is actuall;y how I thought I would be once I ( Read more... )

Just had to post that I did wake up early this morning and I went to the gym.  I'll probably post more later today.  Unfortunately on I'm my way to do an UNNECCESARY training to people who have poor comprehension skills.

I got up early this morning and went to the gym!!!!!!!!!  Praise God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't get up right away.  I had to talk myself into going but I'm so glad that I did.  I only got to work out for about 45min.  I ended up burning about 300 calories.  It's nothing compared to last nigh but at least it's something.  I'm so proud of myself.  Well ( Read more... )
