I feel slightly dizzy post purge.

I purged at work for the first time this morning.  It wasn't as bad as I thought.  This could be a bad thing though.  It's probably not good for me to think it's okay for me to purge at work.  I didn't get everything up but I was satisfied with what did come up.  It was definitely more than 1/2.  If I were at home, I know that I would've been able ( Read more... )

Well, before I knew it, I had finished eating two bags of Chewy SweeTTarts.  Now I'm contemplating on whether or not to binge and purge again.  After the last b/p session, I took a bath and got comfortable.  I don't feel like being all nast again.  I think the total of both bags is 1120 calories and no fat.  I kind of have a sick feeling in my ( Read more... )

I binged and I purged.  Now I'm eating chewy SweeTTarts.  I hope I stop eating them before the entire bag is gone.

I purged 3x today.  It's the most I've done in one day in about a month.  I had been doing pretty well in which I was only b/ping 2-3x/week.  I wonder how long will I have to keep this up before I have a heart attack?  I have to go back to the doctor's office in 2 weeks.  Will she or the nurse or my therapist be able to notice that something is ( Read more... )
