Skin can conduct enough electricity to be used (safely) as an input device for an Arduino, but it requires a small amount of additional circuitry. put in baking dish, fatty side up

cover tightly with foil

bake for 5 hours at 275

shred & mix with pan juices, season with salt and pepper.

barbecue sauce optional. om fucking nom nom.
