1 can (2 cups) progresso lite veggie soup-120 cals
2 cups salad with vinegrett(yeah spelling) dressing- 30 cals
1 cup coco- 25 cals
1/2 rice cake- 25 cals OR more coco
Thats my plan. I really hope i stick to it! I forgot how much i love progresso soups! Last time i lost tons
