At the end of year I used to dig through the archives of my previous journal entries to remind myself of all the things I did throughout the year. I don't have to do that this year. Life on Earth
Canadian astronaut and commander of the international space station, Chris Hadfield, did a free public lecture at my university this morning. We had to reserve tickets for the lecture in advance and all the seats were claimed within about 15 minutes of online tickets being open. I wonder if it's possible to feel nostalgic about the present moment. Maybe knowing that something is going to end soon and preparing for it to end will help soften the blow when it actually does end. It's getting very close to the finish line. Who knew grad photos could be so woe inducing.
A part of me wishes I had signed up to take grad photos after all. A bunch of my friends got them back and started flooding my facebook news feed with it. A lot of them took their grad photos with friends. I've made so many friends in these past four years but I don't know who I would ask to be in my grad photos with me ( Read more... )
