I went to the Glastonbury Festival (plus a load of others) a couple of times when I was younger. I loved having access to all that music, and all the great  food and the markets. Each year I'd get all twitchy and restless when the festival season came round again ( Read more... )

I am feeling pregnant now as I did when I was 8 months+ with Ruby. I am tired all the time, my back aches, I get this weird hot tingly patch above my left knee when I have been standing too long, and my tummy is HUGE. So here we are, 27 weeks and expanding rapidly. I have been having terrible trouble with my trousers! The bump is in a different place to last time and jeans just don't work. I haven't really been feeling myself over the last week or so. I am tired as always, but feeling really withdrawn and grouchy. Bizarrely, I have been feeling quite angry and aggressive too. The rain didn't really seem to matter on my walk to work today. Ruby was toting her fab 'Charlie and Lola' umbrella looking quite the lady about town. All the green shoots and new leaves looked extra green and the colours of the blossom were superbright and fresh. All the lilacs are out- my favourite! I go a bit giddy around lilac time. I had my 20 week scan on Tuesday. All is well. We were hoping to be able to find out what flavour the baby is, but the little darling kept it's legs shut the whole way through!

Jeez, I had loads to write but now I finally have the time I cannot for the life of me remember what it was I was going to say....... blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

What a good weekend! I feel really smiley and sorta full of beans ( the pregnancy tired thing is still doing it's bit!)

There are some days when I really don't feel pregnant. I have this weird feeling that I made it all up or dreamt it. I have had morning sickness for the last couple of months, so to not have it feels odd.
