Random note
The students* are arriving and my neighbourhood is getting crowded. In the grocery store today I saw a guy wearing a huge name/identity tag (for those "hey, you're a n00b so let's make you do stupid things" activities - they start a full week before the actual classes start) and he was born in 1990. Quake!
Today was the third tiny earthquake (this time: 2.3 on the Richter scale) in my town since Sept. Also the first time I noticed it (and the second time ever, as we had a similar 'earthquake' when I was in 5th grade I think), as I was asleep the last time and the time before that we were watching TV I think. I donated blood last Thursday, and on Friday I was EXHAUSTED. Like, having-to-lie-down-after-only-being-awake-for-three-hours exhausted. I suspect I will receive a letter next week telling me my iron count was low and that I have to go back for a checkup. I'm usually tired the day I've given blood, but not that tired the day after.
