bad binge, ive gained 3 pounds, thats just a estimate.. i havent actually weighed myself yet, im too afraid of the huge number ill see. i have a plan and goal though (of course to get myself back on track.) im going to exercise at least 5 times a week, running at least 5 miles and doing ab, butt, arm, and thigh workouts. i hope i dont build muscle

I got down to 145, and then this week FUCKED ME bad and i'm probably 150-151. ARGH.
Well i hope everything is better for you now. I wish i could go for a run! I can't breathe (cold) so i'm stuck with leg lifts while i watch TV, hehe.
