I have finally gotten around to watching Samurai Champloo. It's probably a little sad, but my first thought after finishing the series was "now I can finally read all those Mugen/Jin fics of redex's and actually get them". I've only been intending to write Tsubasa fic re: Kuro and Fye's six months in Yamano for about, oh, two years now, so I've finally got around to finishing something. So after watching The Dark Knight and then rewatching Batman Begins and then watching TDK again and then listening to too much Radiohead, I wrote this. Post TDK waffling with minimal knife usage and dodgy connections to both movie and comics canon. Title and cut text are from Radiohead's "Knives Out" and bear no relation to the story, really.
