Holidays here in Dubai are sometimes unsure. Like the coming Hari Raya (over here they called it EID), there're no definite dates for this holiday cos it all depend on the moon. Tyler is constantly babbling now. His babble often ends in a question like "Ni nah? Bu tah bi?..." things like that. I always imitate him and sometimes I make fun of him and he will just look away, like he knows that I'm not answering whatever he's asking. It was 7.30am when I received the call from my sis in spore this morning. Although it is only 4 hrs time difference between here and spore, it's hard to find a time to call each other, esp when my weekend here is fri and sat. Fri late morning we went to wet market near Karama where we bought 4 tilapias, 2 promfrets and a kilo of squids. Total 60 Dhs (S$30) Is that cheap? I think so, considering seafood here in Dubai is relatively more expensive. Plus the chicken and beef we're going to buy later, hope that can lasts us one whole week! It was great on the whole. Went down at around 810 to wait for my company van to fetch me (Yes although I lived just 10 mins away I still have transport. Yay!)
