Once again it's been far too long without a post. The holidays went as well as could be expected, we were all sick. I had a terrible head cold that pretty much put me out of action, I was hopped up on a bunch of cold meds for the entire weekend. Even now I'm still kind congested. I officially go back to work tomorrow. I'm not really ready. I feel kind of lost at the moment, it's been three weeks, and it feels like it's going to take a little time to get back on track. I don't seem to be doing so well at Writing in the evenings any more. We used to put Nolan down, then I would do dishes, write an LJ post, and then Kirby and I would watch TV. Nolan's become pretty difficult lately. He likes to create his own agenda, and if ours doesn't conform to his, we get a screaming fit. If he wants to play with playdoh, nothing else is going to satisfy him. Wow. Worst baby experience ever last night. We had her about mid-span on the couch, and I was changing her diaper. As I lifted her butt to wipe, she let loose. I dodged, but the couch got covered in baby poo, as did, we found out today the wall a good six feet from where her butt lay. We oxi-cleaned, and febreezed, but something still smells ( Read more... )
