Well, I had a rather nice time at the Necto last night.

Unexpectedly met someone new. He's intelligent, well-mannered, and very educated.

However, he's only been in Ann Arbor (in the US, for that matter) for about two months, and doesn't know anyone yet.

So he emailed me this morning, then called me twice to check that I got the email.

Oy.

I'm currently having an incredibly uncomfortable conversation with a friend of one of my former roommates. A roommate that I did not part on good terms with, and have not spoken to since.

He's asking me about personal things that she told him about me.

Ick. Ick ick ick.

Despite my opening shift tomorrow morning, I believe I'll be making an appearance at the Necto tonight.

If nothing else, I wanna be there if anything crazy goes down. Ought to be some kickass people watching.

Also, I have some stompy cathartic dancing to do.

All I'm saying is you'd better get all A's this semester, fucker.

I just browsed FORTY-SEVEN pages of Google images under "Rachel" to see if I showed up.
