So, I am going thru clothes that I had at the old house. I had a pile of clothes that were ummmmmm....about 3 feet high and 2 feet in diameter. I also threw away about 2 bags of clothes earlier. Dad emailed me an update. He tested his blood sugar for the 1st time since he got the word from the doc. 304!!!!!!!! He said it was down 40 points....O....M....G!

Tomorrow, I start eating better and exercising....

No ifs ands or buts about it! Mine may be low but DANG! I am not going to get to that point if I can avoid it!

Its cold....I have the back door open, letting th dogs wonder in and out of the house. Its only 43 outside LOL....But, we have had like 60-70 degree weather since Christmas Day (which was just as chilly)...If I didnt want to let the dogs eat and get a drink of water, the door would be closed. I think I am going to go to bed early tonight. This happens when you are bored and dont have a TV to watch. Maybe I need to just go without TV and get my sleeping habits back into shape. I think I am on my way to quitting smoking again. I just grabbed a cig since I had just eaten some garlic breadsticks from Pappa Johns - It is making me feel nasty right now and I dont want it...SO I put it out...Yeah...I think it is time to quit, hopefully for good now.
