I had a long Easter weekend. I took Thursday off and my company had Good Friday off as a holiday. It was so good to just lounge around and do whatever I wanted. I have been reading a lot lately!! Last week our office shut down and went on a staff retreat with staffers from 4 other office sites. There were only a total of about 30-40 of us so it was still cozy and fun. We went to this resort in northern MN and stayed in these awesome cabins ( Read more... )

I learned how to drive a manual car yesterday. I picked it up in less than 30 minutes. It was fun but stressful, especially going uphill. I think I'll stick to automatic cars!

Bri has been really into gardening this summer. My only contribution has been picking out which plants and flowers I like. Oh and I also got some herbs from my mom’s garden which we planted.
