And I'm already irritable about trying to figure out the points for everything. I never realized how helpful it is though, to have someone else who "knows" what's going on and you can be "accountable" to. It would have been so easy to just chuck it all today. Today is the first day of Weight Watchers. I'm so pumped about it. Shane and I portioned our food out today and so far I have a grand total of 21 points prepared for the day. That still leaves me with 3-5 if I have no will power, which is honestly pretty likely. I can also use it as a snack for when I get home tonight ( Read more... )
