Today's weight: 163.2. A gain of 0.6 pounds. I wasn't ruling out a gain this week since I lost almost 4 pounds last week, but I must admit, it wasn't the most encouraging thing to see after I just woke up at 5 am and was getting ready for a run, haha. Oh well. I still think I had a pretty decent week, but I did kinda slack on my workouts the past 2
