I'm moved in to college. I don't really have much else to say right now (or much time to say it -- Spanish placement test in 30 minutes), but I thought I'd just give everybody that update. I'm here. It's great. Life is good.

I just recently bought the album Blueberry Boat by the Fiery Furnaces. This thing is fucking AWESOME. As I write this, the film Unfaithful is playing in Spanish to my right. As far as I can tell, the editors of this movie had a deceptively simple task ahead of them -- find the best order in which to put the steamy sex scenes intermixed with scenes of Diane Lane struggling not to cry and Richard Gere brooding. In an uncharacteristic anti-Bush rant, I must say that the man really needs to quit flaunting his fucking religion. His position as both the president of the United States and a blind extremist religious crusader is enhancing an already rampant stereotype of Christianity and religion in general.
