I knew I let it get bad
But how.
Within two minutes of starting to uninstall Norton, Avira discovers two trojans plaguing my system. smart.dll and LoveFly.dll, respectively. It keeps popping up as the uninstallation proceeds. I've told it several times to delete these items.
