I saved a turtle the other day. I have a hard time understanding why I don't care about people the way I do for animals. Ouch!!! Need I say much more? I have been working out with a trainer twice a week for a month and a half and it has been going well.  I really haven't had caffeine in years. I don't drink pop, or coffee, so caffeine is really not in my life.
