If these guys literally get away with murder, torture, etc., and are given a free pass, this country is over. Seriously, we need the Spanish to indict our war criminals? Rule of law, hello?

Another hero down.

I think he had more to do with shaping the better parts of my younger self's attitudes toward time and difficulty than anyone else. Rereading Chronopolis just bumped everything else on my list down a notch.

Elton John is apparently doing the music for the SF film version of "Pride & Prejudice" wherein they rename it "Pride and Predator" and just drop a Predator right into the middle of an Austen book. I expect it will be far superior to the original ( Read more... )
