I popped out for a sandwich and joined a gym.
I wasn't planning on it, but they have an 18m pool, which is pretty good for central London. Seems like a friendly place and it has a simple charging structure without hideous joining fees.

I thought it was hayfever, but it's definitely a cold.

I'm not usually a dog friendly person. I'm rather allergic to them and large dogs make me nervous.
