It was the longest 13 miles ever! But lots of fun and we raised some money for charity so twas worth it :)

Well done on the race! I can't imagine being that commited to that much physical exertion, I am in awe :-)

What can you tell me about Pina Bausch?

She is a choreographer and dancer from germany and I think she was born around the 1940s. She is a neoexpressionist post modern choreographer who has been criticised for having quite a bleak outlook on life and people. She is especially interested in human behaviour and what shapes a person. She tries unusual techniques in her choreography which are bold and make a statement such as using water. She has a dance company which tour the world called Tanztheater Wuppertal. Erm thats about all I know! but I know a great book if you need to know more info. Its called 'Fifty Contemporary Choreographers' by Martha Bremser and I'm pretty sure she's in it, and it will cover all the necessary facts :)
