Happy New Year! How's 2012 treating you all so far?

Helena clued into the fact that she has ~ladyfeelings~ for Myka pretty early on. Myka still doesn't understand what she feels around Helena, other than she's a close friend and she has really pretty hair and also I kind of like it when she talks. They flirt a whole lot, without Myka really realizing that they're flirting... and when she finally figures out that her feelings for Helena are less than platonic, she'll surprise Helena by being the first one to do something about it.
NO THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M WORKING ON FOR THE BITTY BANG.

Okay, for real (please note, I still haven't seen the latest episode):
Lauren's always been inquisitive, and she's always been driven. She sort of fell into the Fae world - what with helping cure those Fae (and then having Nadia fall sick but then not being able to help her) and then accepting the proposal from the previous Ash. Even though she "belongs" to the Ash, she doesn't feel that way - she genuinely enjoys her work, and yes, it would be great if she didn't constantly feel like she had to be a mixture of respectful and fearful towards her boss, but she's helping others and she gets to work on trying to help Nadia, so really, it's not that bad. And then Bo comes along and tells her that she's not anyone's property, and that it's okay to want to be her own ( ... )

b. I'm so glad you asked, because I love this pairing, and I haven't thought about them in a while. So, like for Myka/HG, I have multiple head!canons for this pairing, but I'll just share one.
Hermione has always noticed Fleur; it's pretty difficult not to, seeing as how Fleur was the Beauxbatons Champion back in her fourth year. But it wasn't until she went on to work in the Ministry of Magic that she reconnected with Fleur. Or at least, got to know her better - not just as that girl from Beauxbatons that all the boys fawned over or as Bill's wife - but as a person who she actually liked and got along with. (And she might even be having ~inappropriate feelings~ for her). Fleur has always wondered why Hermione disliked her, but chalked it up to her being a Veela (not many girls like Veelas, after all, given their effect on most guys). And then they started working together a few years later, and before she knows it, they're good friends. She knows she has less than platonic feelings towards Hermione, but she ( ... )

d. OMG ME TOO. I HAVE ONLY SEEN ONE OF HER MOVIES BUT I PRETTY MUCH THINK SHE IS THE PRETTIEST THING EVER. Also, I would do Melanie/Marion, but I don't actually know much about the actresses' relationships (if they're friends at all). But have this anyway:
Melanie met Marion for the first time at a film festival (probably Cannes), and over the course of a few more film festivals and award shows (during which they sat near each other), they got to know each other a little better. And then they're both cast in Dikkenek, and it all sort of starts from there.

Amanda Tapping always says that nobody is ever really dead in sci-fi, so wouldn't it be awesome if Polly Walker came back in season 5? (I mean if there is a season 5. *curls up in fetal position and starts to rock back and forth*)
