1. I'm 122 pounds (like 10-13 pounds lighter than I was when I graduated)
2. My skin is clearer than it ever was on stupid goddamn benzoyl peroxide, and all I do is cleanse it with sea salt and take vitamins

4. I'm in an incredibly prolific songwriting period--wrote like eight songs last week, cutting a solo album

I love the Arcade Fire's new album The Suburbs for its epic sound but also for its sheer zeitgeist-yness. As such, I was blown away by this interactive video.
It's haunting and a little unsettling and it made my computer's fan sound like a rocket preparing for launch, but still. Totally worth it. -
What I miss about Ithaca.
I have this book called The Cobain Dossier, which is full of essays and magazine articles about Kurt Cobain. There's this one called "Kurt Cobain's Final Tour" by Amy Dickinson (published in '96) that discusses Courtney Love's two-week mourning period in Ithaca after Kurt's death.
