Thoughts on Randomness

Lots of little stuff going on, sorting out sheds, checking for a complete complement of tent pegs, etc etc. a nice day today for pottering about outside. Yesterday spend the day in town more or less, doggies in tow. Friday
Today was fun, get paid to spend the day in the city, probably did no more than two hours work, said hello to some friends and oh yes popped into Tribe for a piercing, mild ouch. Back into town tonight - oh how much fun can a guy have! -

Sunday
A month after the frenzied badger attack, Hopeless Vauxhall have finally agreed to supply us with a radiator!, so fingers crossed next week will see a return to vehicular normality. Morsesmum will be happy! Work is settling into a bit of a routine with Mondays being Edinburgh days which is good but still feel that life is passing me by at light speed. ( Read more... ) -
Badgers and 4 poster beds
Tuesday was madness, left the house at 4.15am, then while travelling southbound in an orderly manner I collided with a large badger, Thump. a mile further along the road the heater was blowing cold air because the radiator was no longer filled with liquid. Madness is
I have just set my alarm for 4am. I have a long drive, a trip in a plane with propellors ( noisy and uncomfortable ), another drive, a boring meeting, another drive. Then a really swanky hotel, too bad I'll probably be so pooped I'll not enjoy it ( Read more... ) -
Week 1
This week has whizzed by, and 'm slowly getting to grips with the new job. Monday was strange insomuch as I did not have to go south for the first time in two years. 3 days in Edinburgh then two at Preston, just what I wanted really. although the drive from Edinburgh to preston is hell and I'de forgotten how bad the city traffic was at rush hour.
