.....why does the contract always fall through just a few weeks before the deadline?
I now need to find a new group of contractors, that can get the renovations done in two weeks or less.

Everyday, no matter which establishment I'm managing, there's at least one customer who feels the need to threaten, rough up, or molest one of my servers.
