Was debating buying it until at the funeral home last night I met a 70yr old half-Cherokee bluesman that's a cousin of mine.  He told me that if I didn't buy it I'd regret it.  He was right

BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN A LA FOLEY
6-7 lb. baking chicken 
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn 
Salt/pepper to taste
