I was hitch hiking to auckland with seven dollars in my pocket, when a lovely lady paid for me to stay a night in a backpackers, and gave me 10$. Then i spent some on local busses around auckland (a terrible place to hitch). Getting to my grandma's house with 3$ i found a 400$ check from the insurance company. Ahhhhh, perfect

Well, I'm finally going back to new zealand, i'm in transit right now. people in australia (and other places) are so insanely rude, it's hard to get used to it. I'm just accustomed to being treated with an insane amount of respect. The last night miriam and i were in malaysia we went to a bar and the manager and all the waitresses shook our hands

Right before setting off on a two week motorcycle trip to the central highlands of vietnam by myself i turned on the tv to watch the state of the union address... i only saw the last half and i couldn't stop laughing.
