i am so bummed that i skipped tonight's episode of House in favour of going to class. did nothing, went home just in time to see the opening credits to 24 (eww). good thing such a decision will never come up again (until grad school) -
fluid mechanics
I just finished my video for the fluid mechanics film festival. I loaded my vortex cannon (read pringles can with a hole in the bottom) up with baby powder, and when that didn't work cigarette smoke, and now i smell like a strip club. i hope it is well received in class, and i may put it up on the internet if i ever figure out how ( Read more... ) -
standardized testing
i just finished taking the GRE rescaled math test. i am super nervous about how i performed,i only made it to question 57 (out of 66). i also left all of the topology questions blank. =(

a force in the universe conspired to keep me from comic-con on saturday. I know this because as i left my car to board the port authority bus i threw out my back. as i write this now i am still incapable of turning left. it took a great deal of advil/alleve/tylenol/midol/aspirin/whisky to keep me running all day but i persevered. NYCC is the greatest place on earth. new superlatives are required to explain it's grandeur. doubleplus pimptronic leaps readily off the tongue.
