30 days of meditation
I typically meditate about 4-5 days a week. I always feel more at peace when I do it and notice I am less emotional about my chronic pain as well. After seeing my niece do a 30 day challenge for running, I have decided to start one for my meditation practice. I am currently on day 6. When I woke up on Thursday I felt like death had literally slapped me in the face. Breathing was super hard and I was wheezing non stop. I cannot believe how much information and emotions, among other things I had on here before from about 2005-2010. I made a lot of my old entries private because they reflect who I used to be. It is crazy to read all of the things I wrote on here in my younger days. Going through my 20's I had this idea that my life would "start" once I was married with kids.
