If he'll eat Yorkshire pudding, maybe a toad-in-the-hole (or veggies-in-the-hole) or a clafoutis (either the traditional cherry version or a savoury tomato version, or I just found a spinach and feta variant which looks really tasty to me).
Curd, and egg yolk ice cream, are Too Eggy. I'm fairly sure that pickled eggs would be, too! I'm trying to get him to find a more egg-using bread to try!

This is very tasty and you could have an egg and he could not have an egg. So you could both eat the same thing.

Lemon curd? Or other fruit versions. Ice-cream. We like pickled eggs. Very egg-rich bread, like challah.
