If he'll eat Yorkshire pudding, maybe a toad-in-the-hole (or veggies-in-the-hole) or a clafoutis (either the traditional cherry version or a savoury tomato version, or I just found a spinach and feta variant which looks really tasty to me).

We're big fans of toad! Clafoutis looks tasty: I might have a go next time we have guests!

I'm now trying to work out if there are any places that would accept donations of eggs. They're rather fragile things. Homeless shelters?

Friends? A friend with overly-enthusiastic chickens has started offering us eggs, which we very happily accept.

Otherwise: muffins, quiche, clafouti, , frittata, lasagne, pumpkin bread, cornbread, cheesecake, scones, sweet potato casserole, bread pudding, biscotti, naan, waffles, angel food cake, divinity (the sweet).

I've been trying to figure out if there's any cost effective way of posting them to more distant friends, but I've not had much luck.

I might see if there's a food bank nearby, though: that's a thought.

This is very tasty and you could have an egg and he could not have an egg. So you could both eat the same thing.
Or proper carbonara?

Shakshuka? You could have an egg and he could have, I dunno, a sausage on the side or something.

Freeze them?

Lemon curd? Or other fruit versions. Ice-cream. We like pickled eggs. Very egg-rich bread, like challah.

Curd, and egg yolk ice cream, are Too Eggy. I'm fairly sure that pickled eggs would be, too! I'm trying to get him to find a more egg-using bread to try!
