Can you folks give me some cookery-related article ideas? I don't want to keep on writing recipes; that gets boring. If there's something (preferably related to oriental cooking) that you'd like to learn, some technique you want more

I am guessing it is judiciously used in Chinese cooking and mostly absent in Thai cuisine.
