the previous phone posts were myself, GG and Hime-sama singing Happy Birthday to me. ^_^!~

I am sucked in with curiousity watching behind the scenes of Iron Chef America. I am really interested in the america Iron Chef.  I can remember when I first watched the original Iron Chef on Bay Area channel 8 KTSF in 1997. I was hooked and tried to never miss an episode.

Away I go to watch the premiere episode on Food Network.
