Bad Week
Found out why Grundy was being so sweet and affectionate. Poor thing's gone into heat. She would have been fixed when knghtsky brought her to the vet the first day, but what with her being underweight and having intestinal parasites we were told it should wait until she was fully healthy. Bad Day
My bathroom ceiling is leaking. It started around 2:00 a.m. this morning. It stopped for a good part of the day, but it started up again about two hours ago. Everything's soaked for a second time around. Maintenance guy came in around 7:00 a.m., looked at it, and then left. It's that time of year again.
Yay, Upcoming Birthday Depression (TM). I'm not particularly kind to myself when I look back on the past several years and what I have (not) accomplished. The misery makes even basic socialization rather painful to bear right now.
At least the day will be past and over soon.
