Well, the first week is over and let me be the first to say that this is not an ordinary home workout. It is tough. Here is the run down.

First off, let me say this. I don't understand the term "reverse racism." To me, racism is racism no matter who it comes from or who it is directed to. I freaking HATE hurricanes. as soon as we get done with one another one comes along. im thinking that i need to move. idk where, just somewhere thats not in south louisiana. hopefully I will get power back at my apartment soon and Ike goes somewhere else. or better yet.. just dissapears! that would be great. although.. its kind of impossible.
