I've been pissed about the chronology of this for a while. But the fact is that I'm a little neurotic about re-doing things. New Orleans was interesting. The spot I was staying in was functional (electricity, water (though you need a filter to drink it), internet but evidently no garbage pick up, since there were numerous piles of it on the street).
