i am homesick for not-tomfest... i am homesick for tomfest... i am not ready for the cold weather and snow yet... bah!!! however i am ready for the tbm show in portland on the 29th. i expect some people to come out and see me!!!

kudos to jed and carmen for ending my summer on a freakin rad note...the not-tomfest was a great way to end the summer... i got to hang out with kids that i haven't seen in a real long time, got to know some of them better... i got to make a few new friends, hear a few good bands and just be with family!!! i would not have missed it for the world. i can be so frustrating... beating my head against the wall so many times... bah!

a boy i know... died last night. his car lost a fight with a semi on an old highway. he died instantly... a dark thunderous cloud has moved in over the hearts and lives of his existing family. yet, there is one silver lining in this cloud! he LOVED the Lord with all that he had. that is what each of his distraught family members is hanging onto...
