there is nothing worse than ordering a beef enchilada, biting into it.. and tasting chicken. ::shudder:: i'm very picky when it comes to eating chicken. i certainly will not eat chicken from a fast food restaurant, chinese restaurant, mexican restaurant.. no, ANY RESTAURANT FOR THAT MATTER.. except beauregard's hot chicken wings.. that's it ( Read more... )

yeah.. their chicken tenders are excellent.. i used to work for the family.. same restaurant, different name so i know the tenders are good.

and yes, i love the crab lag!

I dig most forms of meat. I love my beef RARE (except for burgers, which must be well done). I like to eat the fat if it's a) barbecued or grilled, b) well-seasoned, and c) snap-crackle-poppin' hot. Otherwise, it's just gross.

I also love pork fat (pork fat RULES!) and chicken skin.

And chicken and turkey tenderloins.

I ate chicken and rice at this chinese restaurant one time. Chicken on rice for dirt cheap. I never questioned it until I realized that they just take the whole chicken, bones, cartilege and all and run it through a slicer. It looks innocent like these nice fluffy pieces of chicken laying on a soft bed of rice until you bite into it and realize you've crunched down hard on bone or had a piece of cartilege jammed up into your gums or just bouncing around your back teeth like a piece of rubber.
It makes me want to barf just thinking about it. Chicken has never been the same for me. I have to eat everything boneless now or noooooooooooooooo way.

oh fuck dood.. i haven't eaten chinese chicken in years.. i can't remember the last time, actually.

comments like this make me thank my lucky stars..

right on all of it.. i HATE chicken.. well, except wings.. and thanks to heather up there.. tenders fingers.. because i used to work there and i know it's good.

I'm lucky though... Kendra hates chicken and turkey too... actually she likes turkey but it makes her sick so she doesn't eat it.

i have to say that when my grandmother makes chicken at christmas.. i'll eat it.. because oh i know she's good for it.. but i have to carefully examine the WHITE piece i'm eating..

i luf sausage. i think i may comment that every time you post about it.
anyway sausage should be served with every meal.

and filet should ALWAYS be medium rare. ALWAYS. Actually all steak should be medium or med rare. Well done is FILTHY NASTY GROSS.
